Anna’s fun fitness programs are designed to fit your lifestyle and keep you motivated. What’s more, programs can be prepared for people of all fitness levels and with a variety of goals. Anna’s wide range of programs include personal training, group training and jazzercize, pre-marathon conditioning and weights programs. A proud mum of two, Anna is also great with kids and runs programs in schools to fit school PE programs. With Anna’s background in downhill skiing, she is able to create off season programs for serious skiers. By maintaining the right muscle groups, you’ll be ready to hit the slopes with speed. Fun fact: Anna has previously worked on television and radio as the snow reporter for Mt Bulla, where she gave daily updates on the skiing conditions.

Realistic Goals

Looking for buns of steel? If achieving a tight deriere is a realistic goal for you, Anna knows the exercises necessary! Too often however, exercise programs that promise the world and six packs to boot end up demotivating us. And eventually too many people quit the program all together. Anna works with clients to set realistic goals that fit your lifestyle and build fitness and strength over time.  Goals can vary from looking good, feeling good, having more energy, role modelling for kids, or simply enjoying the social side of group fitness. Anna’s advice for clients: ‘Definitely push yourself, but also make it fun and be realistic. Sticking to an exercise program is one of the most important goals.’
